Nevis Disaster Management Office Soon

CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (August 22, 2006)

The Nevis Disaster Management Office (NDMO) will soon have new and expanded offices, to deliver maximum services to the people of Nevis in the event of a disaster.
 
Manager of the NDMO Mr. Lester Blackette told the Government Information Service recently, that the two acre site at Long Point had been cleared and construction work is scheduled to commence in September, 2006, since the contract bids are expected to be tendered by the end of August. Nevis Health Minister Welcomes Caribbean Pharmacists

CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (August 21, 2006)

Minister of Health in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) Hon. Hensley Daniel has lauded the efforts of the Caribbean Association of Pharmacists (CAP) for its decision to honour Nevis’ longest serving Pharmacist Mr. Arthur Evelyn.
 
Mr Daniel made the comment on Friday August 18, 2006 at Mingles Restaurant at Cades Bay in Nevis as he welcomed over 130 members of the Association to the island for one day, as part of their annual convention which concluded in Saint Kitts last weekend. Read the rest of this entry »
